Cuff size directly affects reading accuracy. The A3 comes in two sizes — choose before you add to cart. Wrap a tape measure around your upper arm, 2 cm above your elbow, to find your circumference.

Which cuff is right for you?

Measure around your upper arm, 2 cm (about 1 inch) above the crease of your elbow. Use that number to choose below.

Note: Using the wrong cuff size can affect reading accuracy. If you are between sizes, the XL cuff is generally the better choice. Both cuffs use the same monitor unit.

The Fondcircle app is available on iOS (13 and above) and Android (7 and above). No account is required to store readings on the device. An account is required to sync readings to the app and use CareShare export features.

Do I need the app to use the monitor?
No. The monitor works on its own and stores up to 199 readings per user (2 users). The app adds trend history, export, and CareShare features.
Can I use the Standard and XL cuff on the same unit?
The cuffs connect to the same monitor unit. If you need to change cuff sizes, replacement cuffs are sold separately. The monitor is the same unit in both SKUs.
What does the IHB flag mean?
The irregular heartbeat (IHB) indicator flags when the pulse pattern during a reading is inconsistent. It does not diagnose any condition. If the flag appears frequently, speak with a healthcare professional.
Is the A3 FSA/HSA eligible?
Yes. Blood pressure monitors are a qualifying FSA/HSA expense. Check with your plan administrator for claim steps.
How do I know which cuff size to buy?
Measure around your upper arm, 2 cm above the elbow crease. Standard fits 22–45 cm (8.7–17.7 in). XL fits 40–52 cm (15.7–20.5 in). If you're in the overlap range, the XL is the safer choice.
